If you have booked a spa day or break with us, we ask that you arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, so you can complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation experience.
60 mins treatments are 50 mins “hands-on” treatment time and 10 mins client care.
30 mins treatments are 25 mins ”hands-on“ and 5 mins client care.
The minimum age of guests is 16 years old.
Please note a 50% cancellation will be incurred for any spa treatment or spa day not cancelled within 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation of spa treatments or spa days within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Please note that spa / health club facility use is only available between your check in and check out time, 3pm -11am. Facility use (pool / sauna) must be pre booked on peak days (Friday – Sunday) bookable from 24 hours in advance with the leisure team on 01634662610.
Please note if you have booked an overnight stay with spa treatments included your treatments will be allocated within check in 3pm and check out time 11am, this is subjective to availability.
